Towards a Definition of Cyclical Wellbeing

If you’ve ever been jet lagged, pulled an all-nighter or taken care of a tiny human at the wee hours of the morning you know what a lack of cyclical wellbeing feels like. It’s a result of your natural cycles being disrupted […]

Spring in the Southern Hemisphere

The Seasons Within magazine recently shared my writing on Spring in the Southern Hemisphere. It’s a beautiful wellness publication filled with easy recipes, wellness tips, and a seasonal calendar. You can read my writing here or download the full Spring Issue for free!

Utilising the full power of cycles in projects, creativity and work

This is the second part of the recent conversation with Maya from the Life-Work Podcast. After part 1 made it in the top 50 of the UK Apple Podcasts chart, part two looks at harnessing the power of cycles in all kinds of (creative) projects by understanding the four main phases of cycles, and how we can benefiting from their unique qualities.

On Cyclical Planning

I like to think of cyclical planning as checking the tides before going surfing. Knowing how to read nature’s rhythms–daily, seasonal, lunar, and menstrual–in the same way, we’d check the tides, enables us to plan life and work accordingly and can make life a lot easier.

Creative Spaces

Our wellbeing and our creativity are closely linked. They fuel each other. When we begin to understand that our bodies hold the blueprint of the creative cycles, a whole new world of possibility opens up.

An ode to the creative spaces and people who have shaped me.

An Ancient Relationship
